its the best time to eat ice creams!
reaLized this when our cLasses got suspended a few weeks ago. instead of munching on a bag of chips, i had ube ice cream whiLe being onLine. since i can’t get enough of what i had, i had to buy more from the store. with cLasses suspended again, back to my ice cream!!!
pLus: no more waking up at 6am on thursdays!
minus: its now a 6-day work week. no more vacant days. tsk tsk.
back to zero for Labor. our cLass wiLL meet prof. azucena(whose raking in Lots for his book) Later. the evening cLass that he handLes wiLL have their midterms after our cLass. and i’m wondering when he wiLL give us our exams for Labor. definitely not next week! Like what i said, its back to zero for my cLass. from disini’s assigned case readings and now to azucena’s book. (for some reason, i don’t Like reading his book kahit maganda un papel…) Lord, heLp me not to doze off everytime i read his book. i wonder what’s going to happen Later… we basicaLLy had no idea about his styLe and the coverage. bahaLa na si batman! heheh.
was it the Last yesterday? i reaLLy do not know and i hope not. if onLy i don’t have the exams, i’LL sureLy hop in the next fLight to somewhere. just spend the good oLd days. i guess the promise of a vacation trip together had to be postponed for a few more years. happy for the freedom and independence. and sad for the distance and time zones. resigned to say…. that’s Life!

just Looking forward to our term break in september!!!
Last night, whiLe watching end of days at hbo, me and my ate heard a thumping sound coming from the second fLoor. we just Looked at each other and said "ok!". i’ve been Living in this house for the Last 4 years and this new boarder made its presence feLt onLy recentLy. it is giving me the creeps especiaLLy when i’m aLone in the house. i thought i was used to this ‘boarders’ aLready. the creepiest pLace for me was the depot in iLoiLo. i’ve seen a greyish silhoutte passing in our kitchen before, smaLL footsteps in the wee hours [best companion pag exams! hindi ka makakatuLog!], bag zippers [to wake ate angie], aircon at dad’s office [from coLd to hot], pc and Lights that went off because of our noise, door knobs that turned whiLe photocopying the bread of Life, the CR… sobra dami! on our first year, i was scared but i Learned to ignore our ‘boarders and sometimes taLked to them "oi cram na to, wag mo ko guLuhin, makisama k nmn". they’re considerate and they’LL just stop. on our part, we try not to pLay Loud music in the house or in the office. taLk about peacefuL co-existence. my mind stiLL refuses to beLieve that we got a new boarder!!! i’ve not seen its siLhouette but it certainLy pLayed tricks on me Like the car keys. i need to get used to this feeLing soon or eLse i’LL spend more time outdoors. for now, i’LL keep the house weLL-Lighted and find a way to peacefuLLy co-exist with Boardie.

i reaLLy Like reaLity shows, i watched the first season of survivor then stopped. aLmost every one that i knew started watching it too. nagsasawa na ko pag dami na nanonood. survivor:paLau was the next season i had. same is true with america’s next top modeL. i’m back at amazing race, though i’m not foLLowing it religiousLy. sana gawin din dito sa atin, from batanes to basiLan. saya saya!!!
since i knew now that chris.c made it, i’LL stiLL watch it for the chaLLenges and see who takes the runway at the end and be out of styLe. : )

i was so mad today, i wanted to strangLe 2 persons, make it 3. para mas masaya! 2 are cLoseLy reLated to us, the other one, accessory Lang. it started Last night, ms. accessory was not returning my caLLs. but she can caLL us right away if it wiLL benefit them. f*ck! this morning, my sLeep was cut short by a phone caLL from them. grrrr! kuLet ha! pLus, got scoLded by mom by phone.. stiLL something to do with them. bingo!!! wag siLang pakikita sa akin at baka may magawa ako sa kaniLa. i’m reaLLy, reaLLy MAD! as a good citizen of this GMA-resign country, i tried to controL my temper to them. practice RESPECT to eLders… buti aLam ko pa yun. i’m giving them another chance, and if this happens again, heLL wiLL break Lose!

just great to see mai and Loreen at the metrowaLk today for the coffee seminar-mai’s idea! of course, i missed kaLyn V whose name i was using when caLLing for mcdo deLivery; dangstah, si kapitana who had an accident a few days before i Left ppc; aubrey, doting mom to cutie anthony; joan the earLy bird-reports to work earLy and exactLy Leaves at 6pm; and ecg a.k.a miss beth - pinakakikay naming boss sa ppc.
i’m not reaLLy a coffee drinker, i don’t Like its bitter taste. i settLe for mocha or carameL fraps. and it doesn’t work on me especiaLLy when i need to be awake tiL the sun goes up. makes me sLeepy pa nga eh. baLiktad! ice coLd coke never faiLed me since my HS days.
bum right now, as my reLiever work ended a week ago. no more waking up at 6-6:30, missing the skip trains, biometrics, taLking to merchandising, going home Late, and… never mind. [i mean, computing orders even in my sLeep!] Like what i’ve aLways toLd them, i enjoyed my 12-week stay with the PPC. not sufficient time to Learn everything about ppc work, but just enough to know the 7 peeps in our department.
afternoon deLiveries[own compiLation, name it, they got it!], family feud, hangaroo and text twist marathons, "ppc scandaL", "if ecg is away, ppc wiLL pLay" - yahoo!, ecg’s mood swings - from meek to sweet to mad, [ath,etq,teL] manang, e-saLes, work-"when it rains, it pours!", chu-chu, mga kaLokohan ni mai at dang… the ppc Life!!!
i wiLL sureLy be reminded of them on every visit to starbucks. on the coffee tasting portion of the seminar, joan asked the group of what memories can we associate with coLombia, kenya and java variants(?)… whatever! sabihin ko sana… um.. um.. si, si.. who eLse p b? joke! bitter kasi un Lasa. Seryoso na. Ang saya taLaga ng buhay sa ppc! : )

its my first time to go home soaking wet with beer, and i don’t know how wiLL i expLain it to my mom. i’m sure she’LL be mad at me again. i managed to avoid the beer showers from beda, up and perpetuaL by hiding behind kaima. heheh. and when i went to the Lambda HQ, i was weLcomed with… yeah, beer.
i’m reaLLy gLad that i was abLe to see kaima, meg, maj, ge, joyce, ai and mau, plus the sisses and the brods. another bar ops to remember. i had to crane my neck just to see sigma’s baristas, who happened to be on the other side paLa, so i have not seen a singLe souL. cheering "san beda" behind a sorority from up, getting some stares from them. obvious b? getting occasionaL beer showers from the perpetuaL pips… nakakatuwa, naka-picheL na un beer o kaya nasa 1.5L container. kaima was teLLing me that we can grab a can and start drinking. "i can’t, you know…" that was a joke…? hehe. we didn’t have much time to linger and enjoy each other’s company. but i reaLLy enjoyed just being there, seeing them aLL.
on my way home, i was busy thinking of excuses so that mom wiLL not over react when she smeLLs me reeking of beer. nakakainis, i forgot to bring an extra shirt, shampoo and house keys. when mom opened the gate, i toLd her not to go near me. "i smeLL bad, naLigo ako ng…" i was waiting for her to raise a voice, i heard nothing. weee! i’m saved. heheh.
can’t wait for 2006 bar ops!
